The big question on everyone's mind is are we headed towards a recession or not?
Over the last couple weeks, the markets staged a big pullback.
The economic data is still strong. Unemployment is at a 50 year low. Growth is still terrific. Inflation appears contained. Thus, the Federal Reserve is intent on raising rates to make sure the economy does not get overheated.
That means it is another buy the dip scenario just like the last 8 years.
Unless it is not and, if history is any guide, it might not be.
