Here on marlians.com, we are about uniting communities and building a close-knit family; one that moves together.
When it comes to reward-distribution we are about 'a spread'. For us to emanate 'real communities' such 'spread' is important; thus, our curation efforts will look to share 'even our limited resources' and each one will be able to have an active role.
Instead of 'a few moderators', we will have 'certified uloggers'. Read this post.

Another key aspect of marlians.com, which is also a key part of our growth-model is 'communities'. We treat each tag as such; 'a community'.
This means that we will curate 'tags' actively in a bid to stir autonomous growth within each tag, using tags to grow steem. We will also look to use 'tags' to unite each steem community. We have already started this but it is a very slow and manual process at the moment. To gain some insight into our intention, look here:

Once some simple development-tasks above are completed on the site, we will go on quickly to developing some automation tools and we will be able to move more efficiently; one which builds here:

In the past week 'most curation' happened very manually and we have still managed to share 'even our limited resources. Some users who have posted #sportstalk posts on marlians.com, have noticed that they have been able to earn some MARLIANS and SPORTS simultaneously but these has also applied to some other condensers upon where we have accrued some stake.
Note that apart from #sportstalk, whereupon we use @marlians.sports also to vote, i have used @surpassinggoogle to curate most of the other 'tribe-related tags' as some of these tribes don't have a delegation function yet.
Here is a brief list of 'other tribe-related tags' that we curate, when the respective posts appear on marlians.com (and our power allocation):

We will continue to improve our portfolio and shares these resources. But in the coming days, we will begin to focus primarily on our 'grey-list of certified users', especially when it comes to sharing our stake 'outside marlians.com'
We are building around a grey-list of certified users. This list is our scarce-model and not 'bulls or bears'.
Each 'certified ulogger' will have a label, enabling us to easily identify them on-site. In the near-term, certified uloggers will also be able to oversee tag-spaces and be empowered with extra voting-power courtesy of marlians.com to grow these communities.
There are many perks for getting certified. For one, you can be sure that our entire enterprise is your ultimate 'true fan'.

Steps 1: Send '5 STEEM' to '@marlians' with this memo; '1 month certification'.
Step 2: Do a 'ulog' via 'marlians.com' discussing the process of 'how you became a certified ulogger'. Make sure to use '#ulog'.
Step 3: Subscribe to 'UloggersTV YouTube'.
Step 4: Fill up this google form.
If you desire, you can DM '@surpassinggoogle#1660' on discord when you are done with the steps, to hasten the process.
Note: Where you get certified now, your payment ("one month certification") hasn't started counting yet but you will already be 'certified'. This is a bonus. We will notify you when "the one month" starts counting (after we have setup our automation-tools).

Here are the steps:
- Visit 'https://steem-engine.com/?p=market&t=MARLIANS' and login using the keychain extension or directly using your private posting key.
- Click on the 'DEPOSIT' button to deposit STEEM. Note that you can also deposit BTC, ETH, LTC, EOS etc with steem-engine.
