So today's topic is on masturbation
Yeah you heard it right guys. I'm talking about masturbation. Are you always failed to quit it.
Is masturbation good or bad?
Good question, well it is good if you do it once a while in a month. It will release your sexual urge.
But if you are addicted to it and you are doing it regularly 4-5 times a week or in some extreme cases 3-4 times a day.
Is excess masturbation causes something?
Absolutely, excess would causes the following:
1) decrease in your testosterone level
2) would feel certain kind of weakness in you mind as well as in your body
3) less joy
4) increase in laziness
5)low confidence
6) feeling of sadness
7) feeling always irritated
8) suicidal thoughts
9) no charm in life anymore
10) early discharge while having sex
So, these are some effects caused by extreme masturbation. Which will make you mentally ill and emptiness in life.
Reasons?
Well first of all try to find that why are you doing it? Try to find the answer.
Are you feeling alone
You are feeling more energy inside you
no sex partner
low confident guy
shy guy
eating certain kind of food which creates more sexuality in you
watching too much porn
These above mentioned are some reasons for excess of this habit.
How to get rid of this habit?
If you really want to quit this habit. Then first of all try to be more creative. Do creative things more such as you can paint ,make sculpture,make music etc.
Watch good contents on T.V and internet
Don't sleep alone
when you feeling sexual urge then do not try to control it. Never control sexual urge. If you do so you will be mad one day. Just try to understand , we do not have to control it but we have to transform it. As you all know that energy can never be created nor be destroyed but it can change one form to another form.
So, how to transform your sexual energy. Whenever you are feeling sexual urge in you. Try to be aware where are you feeling the strokes in you. It would be at your navel center. In yoga this is called "mooladhara chakra". At this center sexual energy is created.
When energy is gained above level it tries to find a way to travel like a river. Energy always try the easiest way to downward. But to transform it ,it needs to be some will and work to be done.
As I said earlier, do not try to control or fight with it. Just be aware and imagine the energy is travelling from navel to your brain. Imagine the white light is travelling to brain and suddenly you will feel relaxed and your sexual urge is gone. Your sexual organ will feel relaxed too. And you will feel recharged and refreshed as you never felt after releasing your energy. If you collect this energy ,this energy will transform your life too such as:
1) you will feel more joyful
2) feel more happy for no reason
3) feel much love in you and you want to release your love not sex energy.
4) your mind is more clear and focused now
5) more control over your anger
6) more strength in your body and mind
7) increase in will power
8) attraction in you , more people are attracted unknowingly
9) more confidence
10) felling of doing anything
So, these are some gains you will get from conservation of energy. Because we are losing our some part of life in sex. There is some part we are losing in sex. It's not the matter of your semen. It is much deeper than you thought. Yoga calls this energy "kundali". When it rises your being is freed from all worldly things. You will achieve that you can not express in words. You will see different dimensions, different smells you will smell. When your kundali is at mooladhara center you have always attached to sex and food and nothing more.
But when it will reach to your brain center, it will manifest into "ojas"(means pure energy). This energy is the ultimate truth of life. Journey from sex to God.
Note:- Do not try to be celibate, just be conscious about your energy. No energy is good or bad.
