Okay, so have you ever wondered if all this is actual reality? Can you really know that what you're experiencing is not a dream?
See this guy? It's René Descartes. He is known for pondering that question.
I have not come here to give an answer. But I have come here with the following perspective:
Let's say you are dreaming at night. And then suddenly you realize you are in a dream.
If that happens, I highly doubt that you would use that dream to try and convince everyone in your dream that they are in your dream. Why? Because you would be insane to argue with people who YOU KNEW were just projections of your mind. Instead, you would try to fly or do something else that was cool.
Likewise, when people are telling you you are in a dream, you can know that either a) they are insane to be spending what they believe to be their own dream on trying to convince everybody its their dream - because if they actually believe that it is their dream, then they wouldn't try and convince you of it, OR b) if you believe they are right, you must believe that they are projections of your mind, in which case why would you argue with a projection of your mind? You're not insane, are you??
So my point is, if you truly believe this reality is a dream and that you are in the matrix - don't waste time arguing with projections of your mind. Live it out and do cool stuff instead ;)
