If McAffee reveals the identity of the creator of Bitcoin, he risks legal repercussion. McAfee is currently at risk of extradition to the United States to face charges on tax issues and a murder charge.

I do not think the identity of Bitcoin's creator is currently known. He may be dead. Craig Wright has claimed to be the creator, but there has been much doubt on this speculation.
