Denver Liberty on the Rocks is the organization's original chapter. Co-Founder and close friend of mine, Justin Longo created the organization eight years ago as a drinking club with a liberty slant. Today, LOTR spans seven countries with over forty-five chapters. We invite speakers bi-monthly to present and provide Q&A on a wide spectrum of topics, ranging from Bitcoin 101 to debate over intellectual property. We’ve discussed the failures of the criminal justice system, the death penalty and speculated about free will. Many of the people who attend are already familiar with and using cryptocurrency. These conversations have provided me seemingly endless value that reaches into all corners of my life, a phenomenon that happened again when I discovered Steemit.
