Review
Some time ago i cut chili to make sauce, chilli that I cut is big chilli and small chili. the heat and spice felt by the hand is very unpleasant, therefore I tried every way to get rid of it. the way I used at first was to clean my hands with soap and dry it with a fan. but that way is not powerful enough to treat it. I also give up and start looking for solutions on the internet. I found a very powerful and easy way to treat it is soaking the hands using warm water.
Opinion
dr radius kusuma say duration of discomfort due to exposure to skin irritants (chilli) varies depending on the thickness of fat, the amount of blood flow and skin condition. Based on this theory, warming the exposed areas of the body (and thereby enlarging its blood vessels) may help speed up the "dumping" of stimulants into the bloodstream.
Solution :
- Warm the water to a temperature of 50-70 degrees centigrade (you mush be using the skin of hand to feel the heat, if it is too hot then add cold water)
- Put the warm water into a large container (medium-sized container)
- Put your sick hands and soak until spicy you are completely lost. Then wash back the already soaked hands using the previous hot water
that's my method of relieving the heat caused by chili
