अभ्यास का महत्व :
अभ्यास का अर्थ है - एक ही प्रक्रिया को बार-बार, निरंतर दोहराना और तब तक दोहराना जब तक कि आप अपनी त्रूटियो को दुर न कर ले और उस प्रक्रिया मे सफल न हो जाये।
जिस कार्य में आप सफल होना चाहते है तो उस सफलता के लिये अभ्यास का
होना बहुत जरूरी है। आज जितने भी अभिनेता , अभिनेत्री, गायक, लेखक , साहित्यकार, वैज्ञानिक , बड़े-बड़े आध्यात्मिक पुरुष, योग गुरू, तपस्वी आदि हुये है वे कही न कही अपनी सफलता के लिये अभ्यास को बहूत ही ज्यादा महत्व देते हैं।
सरल भाषा में यह है कि सांस्सारिक क्रिया से लेकर आध्यात्मिक क्रिया तक, शारीरिक क्रिया से लेकर मानसिक क्रिया तक, अभ्यास जो है प्रत्येक व्यक्ति के जीवन मे सफलता प्राप्ति के लिये बहूत ही ज्यादा काम आती है।
सभी लोगों को पता होता है कि इस संसार में लाखों लोग जन्म लेते हैं। ये लोग जन्म से ही विद्वान् नहीं होते हैं। ये भी निर्बल और गुमनाम होते है। जो अपने जीवन में अत्यधिक अभ्यास करता है उसका जीवन अपने आप ही सफल हो जाता है। जो लोग अपने जीवन में अभ्यास नहीं करते हैं वे अपने जीवन में कभी भी सफलता प्राप्त नहीं कर पाते हैं।
मोहम्मद गौरी ने 17 बार युद्ध में पृथ्वीराज से असफलता प्राप्त की थी लेकिन उन्होंने अपना साहस नहीं खोया था। उन्होंने लगातार अभ्यास से 18वीं बार में पृथ्वीराज चौहान को हरा दिया था। उसे लगातार अभ्यास से सफलता मिली थी।
देश को विकसित करने के लिए एक दिन की योजनाओं से कुछ नहीं होता है वर्षों की योजनाओं की जरूरत पडती है। जब तक हमारा देश उन्नति के शिखर पर नहीं पहुंच जाता है हमे परिश्रम और अभ्यास करते रहना चाहिए। इसी से हमारा देश उन्नति के शिखर पर पहुंच सकता है।
अगर किसी को किसी भी क्षेत्र में सफलता चाहिए तो उसे लगातार अभ्यास करने की जरूरत पडती है।संसार में अभ्यास को जीवन में सफलता का मूल मन्त्र माना जाता है।
जैसा कि हम सब जानते हैं रहीम दास जी ने कहा है-
करत - करत अभ्यास के जड़ मत होत सुजान।
रस्सी आवत - जात से सिल पर पडत निशान।।
Importance of practice :
Practice means - repeating the same process repeatedly, repeating and repeating until you remove your trotions and do not succeed in that process.
If you want to be successful for the work, then practice for that success.
It is very important to be Today, no matter how many actors, actresses, singers, writers, writers, scientist, great spiritual men, yoga gurus, ascetics etc. have said that they do not say the importance of exercising more importance to their success.
