Ingredients:-
- 2 cups of sugar
- 1 cup of milk
- 1 cups of water
- 100g melted butter
- 2 cups of maida
- 1 tsp baking powder
- 1 tsp baking soda
- 2 tbsp grated ginger
- 2 egg
Method:-
- caramelize sugar when dark brown, Add water stair quickly avoid lumps.
- Heat till clear syrup is abstained {20 minutes }.
- Take off flame let it cool them.
- Add 1 cup of milk, 100g butter, lightly beaten egg.
- Add maida with baking powder, baking soda, ginger, you can add more milk if required
- Take a cake pan& to bake about 1 hour.
- After 1 hour Cool the cake at least 30 minutes. Cake is ready.
