Sometimes you gotta turn the heat up, form work this fast really exposes your flaws and shows you where you need to work/concentrate.
Also, as a side note, this is a picture of me trying to make this video. The saber shifted in my left hand the end pricked me right in the jugular vein of my left side. No harm was done because this was as training blade, it gets thinner toward the end of the blade and curves quite a bit so that it can't or dig into anything upon contact. But had this been a performance saber, or possibly even a wooden one, I might still in that mirrored room, on the floor... face down. Hmmmm. So while practicing fast is one thing, mindfullness, intent, knowing the difference between fast and hurried/rushed, these are the real lessens of the practice.
