Its almost too much to upload and show, 2-4 movements at one time are worth studying for a week at a time and I am slamming a dozen or more moves into one video, its too much and doesn't do the form justice at all. But I still wanted to share it with you guys, it takes so much work to polish out each little sequence and I am here to promote Kung Fu and the daily nurturing it requires to grow into the art.
