This part is when you see some more classic Tiger Style movements, one suppressing hand and one striking hand. Sifu says my claw is soft, im working on it though, there is so much focus you have to put on the elbows and forearms to do the technique completely, focusing on that claw movement is sometimes an after thought. I mean, I'm not even talking about foot work at all here and its overwhelming to describe. No wonder people practice this stuff until they are 90 years old.
