I must thank @suesa for this initiative and his appeal to established Steemians to come up with initiatives in the like manner in support of thousands of new Steemians. In deed, this will go a long way in alleviating difficult experiences of start-out Steemians by a way of rewarding quality contents.
That Said; by this entry, we, #Euronation subcommunity, are nominating our community account, @euronation to receive @suesa's 500SP delegation offer, giving reasons why @euronation is the most deserving of this prize and how the 500SP will be utilized for maximum growth of Steem ecosystem under the close supervision of the leadership.
Whom I am?
It is important to utilize the opportunity offered by this contest to further unveil @euronation to general Steemit community to appreciate how impactful this scheme has been to steem ecosystem. Founded as a Newbie Support Scheme and led by @eurogee, @smyle, @sweetestglo-eu, @drigweeu, @bob-elr, @dray91eu, @jeaniepearl, @edith4angelseu and @adoore-eu, @euronation is a scheme with primary objectives of recruiting new members and helping them find solid footing in the community. And these objectives have been pursued faithfully even before the official introduction of @euronation to the community.
Achievements
The contributions of @euronation to the growth of steem blockchain date back to her founder (@eurogee) maiden record breaking webinar after which a staggering 67 people signed up to form what's known today as @euronation Steemians. This relatively new team having no experienced leaders would encourage one another to surmount the initial difficulties usually faced by start-outs, and later transformed to Euronation Newbie Support Team with a formal community account: @euronation. Since formally announcing @euronation as a community scheme whose activities are tailored towards newbie recruitment, support and mentorship with future goal of becoming a curation account, @euronation have recorded mammoth achievements as described below:

- Broad-based recruitment and training of new Steemians. In line with the ideals of its founder, @eurogee and her leadership fanatic belief that increased userbase of steem will have a positive effect on steem ecosystem and steem value, the team has held successive webinars which were properly documented and reported. The team doesn't just recruit new members, new members are properly trained on how to write quality and engaging content. They are inspected to ensure compliance and after they must have been adjudged satisfactory, they are added to the team's whatsaap group where they are followed up to make sure they don't deviate from what they were taught. - The team does not just expose its members to steem ecosystem, they are also trained on how to be part of other steem blockchain based projects. In this regards, series of webinars have been held for the members on how to benefit by contributing to open source projects via utopian.io platform. To date, @euronation offers the highest number of open source contributors, a feat that has led to appreciable number of them being appointed as utopian moderators. @eurogee, @drigweeu, @bob-elr, @zoneboy, @onos are all utopian-io moderators produced by @euronation. We @euronation have grown to be bounded by love to one another and to steem ecosystem. At a time when the team members were earning cents, we taxed ourselves in support of @leadent360, the organizers of Steemit In Nigeria (S.I.N) Conference which was a conference held to created awareness on steem ecosystem in Nigeria and one of its sponsors @redfishpillar; donating 86SBD to @leadent360 and 50SBD to @redfishpillar. We also supported a member (@adoore-eu) of our team with 20 SBD. @adoore-eu lost her former account (@adore-eu) with over 120SBD when SBD was at its peak value.
- Our leader @eurogee was recently appointed as one of the first cohorts of fellows at @sndbox in honour of his contributions for the development of steem ecosystem.
How the 500SP will be utilized
The team is already planning to use its steem reserve and loan SP to curate worthy contents of its immediate community from time to time, and some select contents from the larger steemit community once in a while in an outreach community program. Will also hold major context to improve members interaction with larger steemit community.
Winning this 500SP delegation will therefore provide the much needed lifeline in support of @euronation curation and contest initiatives.
