People perform better on human faces and monkeys perform better to differentiate monkey faces. In a study conducted in humans, babies have better results than adults in terms of their ability to distinguish ape faces.
This result shows that the perceptional windows of babies are wider in terms of this capacity and that this wide perceptual window is narrowed because people are in contact with other human faces visually in the community life.
