I hope you all are fine and doing great things in your field..
In previous post, I talked about the sources of tiredness.If you don't read that post , first visit the post 5 reasons behind being tired.
In today's post I am talking about how to overcome or reduce tiredness and fatigue.So let's start :
The following lifestyle and dietary modifications may help resolve it:
(1). Improving sleep habits and ensuring adequate sleep.
(2). Exercising regularly and balancing rest and activity.
(3). Cutting out caffeine and drinking plenty of water.
(4). Eating healthy to avoid becoming overweight or underweight.
(5). Setting realistic expectations for workload and schedule.
(6). Taking time to relax, perhaps trying meditation or yoga.
(7). Identifying and dealing with stressors by, for example, taking time off work or resolving relationship problems.
(8). Avoiding the use of alcohol, nicotine, and illegal drugs.
(9). Focus on deep breathing.
(10). Stretch your full body daily.
