My name is Hazel Hiloma, 30 years of age, married with three children. Currently, I am working as Sr. Branch Sales Officer in a retail store engaged in retailing and marketing of audio and video, electronics and related IT products. During my school years, I was one of the writers in our school publication. Therefore, I am encourage to sign up in steemit to practice my writing skills again as well as sharpen my minds to a wider dimension in the world of cryptocurrency.

Today is my 9th day on steemit. It was really a struggle. Even if I have posted a well-written blog, no one seems to noticed. I hardly earned an upvote. I wanted to build my reputation, so I tried to send 0.01 or 0.001 SBD to some bot that can upvote my post. My steem dollar (which I earned in my introduction) is limited therefore I cannot afford other bot. I joined community in discord to expand my friends in steemit but I guess its not enough. It's really difficult to be noticed specially that there are lots of post from spammers.
MY GOAL
My goal on steemit is to support enthusiast writer, poet and blogger shares their emotions and views in a specific topic that will let them earn. It's hypocrite to tell if I join here not to earn money because the platform lets you earn but most specially to contribute valuable content in writing. I am totally disappointed to those people who claim to be a writer but just posted memes but earned more than a real writer does. Life is really unfair.
THE VALUES THAT I AM GOING TO BRING
The values that I am going to bring in the community is QUALITY-CONTENT WRITING, COOPERATION, EXCELLENCE and TEAMWORK. In this way, I can help the community. QUALITY- CONTENT WRITING to top over spammer's post. COOPERATION to help minnows grow. Aim for EXCELLENCE in everything we do to improve in our endeavor. TEAMWORK to help the platform grow and improve in terms of stability and reliability.
WHY I DESERVED TO WIN?
Because I am a minnow whose writings are not being noticed. It is just a small thing but it means a lot to me.
