Intro - me, myself and I

I am a 29 years old "girl" ( still feel like a girl) named Martina who is curious about everything and never gives up on difficulties. Defining myself as a true believer in a better tomorrow. I am from Bulgaria a small but very beautiful country which lays in southern Europe. The country has ancient history starting with the First Bulgarian Empire in 681 AD. The most that fascinates me about my homeland is the nature - green mountains getting snowy in the winter and a beautiful sea side just a few hours drive.
I work in a small Digital advertising agency as a Social Media Manager and also having couple of clients on a freelance basis. Developing content strategies and performing ads management are my main duties. And I honestly admit that I am in love with my job. Does not consider myself a workaholic but I am really passioned about all my projects that I am running and sometimes I work till late at night.
But let's stop talking about work. In my spare time I enjoy watching movies, reading books, enrolling for different online courses and going out with friends from time to time. Along with being very dedicated to posting on Steemit and researching on crypto. More or less I can define myself as a stay-at-home person. Cuddling with my husband and my dog all weekend long is my favorite in the spare time list. Here I need to mention that years later I still feel so much in love with my husband and my love get's stronger each and every day. So with the dog. π
My Steemit journey

My husband is much more into crypto than me and he is actually the one doing all exchanges with our family crypto portfolio. He reads a lot about crypto and in August 2017 he came across Steem and Steemit so he convinced me to make an account, start posting and researching on the platform since it is very close to my work skills and competences. And here I am to find out that Steemit is a whole new world having nothing in common with other social media platforms. Not only caus you get paid when posting but because people here are building real community each and every day. Everyone around wants to help you and you are willing to help as well. During these 6 months on Steemit I have never seen a single offensive comment, not even a word of hate speech.
Steemit actually helped me a lot to get trough a hard moment of my life. Just a month before joining Steemit I lost my baby. My little angel decided to come very early to this world born premature and to leave us only in a month time... But really don't want to make you sad with this story. That moments on researching and posting on Steemit were the one getting my thoughts away from the loss of my child. And actually helped me a lot not to get into a deep depression. Anyway I am looking froward to the bright future believing that our baby is our little angel guardian up in the sky.
Contributing to the community

In my own opinion I am contributing to the community by posting quality and positive content. Usually my philosophical thoughts about life but styled like tips and life rules. And I've got my own series of posts with curious facts collected from all over the internet and books I've read. It is so nice to learn something new everyday. Also I did couple of giveaways and at the moment I am running a contest which hopefully will get popular under its own hashtag #curiousfacts as an addition to my post series. Many thanks to @karenmckersie for supporting the contest by participating as well as voting and resteeming it to her thousands of followers. Not forgetting @artz who listed the contest in his Weekly Contest Compilation. And another big "thank you" goes also to @kid4life for voting on and resteeming the contest as well. And Actually he helped my a lot more than that at the begging of my Steemit journey when upvoting my posts.
I am also trying to interact a lot with other Steemians in the comments. I really like to get into discussions. And have introduced my friend @sodathief to Steemit along with helping him being welcomed to the community, resteeming his content and sending tips.
