Okay, I signed up for the PAL network thingy, I thought I was done, but now I'm told I have to REGISTER with that network, to connect my user name with a new one for that network, but to do so, I must send .0001 steem to so and so.
*HOW DO YOU SEND MONEY?
I have it, but I don't know how to send it to anyone, nor how people have sent it to me in the past.
Oh this is all so hopelessly complicated, need it be so?
