Tears kept rolling down, from my eyes as I keep reminiscing on the memories of today, the joy and happiness that radiated from the faces of school children of ages between 8-10 as they received free notebooks from us.
This is the second phase of a steem project I started with @lordjames tagged "Products of Help Initiative" (POHI). You can read about what it's all about and its first phase here.
After sharing the exercise books, as we return home, I felt privileged and grateful for having another opportunity to touch lives in a very direct, different way.
This was the first time in my entire life I ever got to share something to a good number of kids at a time. Then the words of @sochul started sinking in, and I saw the possibility of becoming someone's energy through steem.
We crossed the dark skies
And Night's lofty Realm to come down here
-So we left our memories back there.
Down cold black streets we strayed to find a home
to light a fire in and try to reminisce.
But we only find lone corners, laughing thralls.
And all the faces we should know are blurred.
Loud trudging cars still tumbling down the road
that leads nowhere we'd ever cried.
Lifted, our eyes are weaning off the moon
as she releases that cruel spell that did once bind us

MY STORY
Recently, there has been an outbreak of this disease in my country and it pains me much that the government still take it for granted.
Lassa fever is an acute viral haemorrhagic fever that is extremely virulent and infectious. It was discovered in Lassa, Borno State where it was first reported and is caused by the Lassa fever virus of the arenaviridae family.
It is usually transmitted from animal (Mastomys natalensis) to man, human to human and also in hospital settings.
The lackadaisical attitude of the government towards eradication of the illness is very abysmal. Imagine a country where there are only two Lassa fever centres (Lagos and Edo).
There should be proper funding of research projects and PPE (Personal Protective Equipments) should always be made available in hospitals.
The masses too can help in controlling the spread of this disease by keeping rodents out of homes and maintaining proper personal hygiene. Infected persons should be isolated and their body fluids and excrements properly disposed.

Why the drop in return in short
Some people don't understand why we would drop in returns at all. So for those a quick explanation.
Other upvote services (bots) like @Minnowbooster have over 100000 Steempower that of them self. They do NOT have to pay this anymore as it is powered up and in there possession.
As @Bumper only have less then 500 Steempower that is our own and the rest we have to rent against high prices.
As where "they" choose to do low returns even if they don't have to worry about payments, we choose for high returns and less profit for Bumper.
But if the moment arises that we lose money as our delegations are simply becoming to expensive we have 2 choices stop the service or do a lower return.
But at least some good news.
Al tough it ain't much, we have a some room to do 230%
and this will make sure that we have a better return again then most of the services out there.
Once the markets are showing better times,
we can look to set the returns even higher again.
The weather is slowly trying to warmup and spring and warmer weather isnt to far away now, Iam so looking forward to getting back to my early morning walks on the beaches for me there is no better way to start the day.

How does this version work?
Just like before, you buy a water balloon that has a vice mechanism on it.
Each one is preloaded with a certain amount of cranks. I roll a varying series of dice and crank the balloons. When they hit a certain number they pop.
We go in the order of those who bought in first goes last.
So if User A buys before User B. User B always gets their cranks done first. So A would win if B pops!
Like before you can buy back in AFTER signup until there is 10 balloons left.
