New images of my case design!
We are now extremely close to starting actual fabrication. We've basically fully mocked up the design and are ready to get building.
As you can see it's a lot clearer what I'm going for, moving the motherboard to be more central and in view.
It's going to have a good amount of RGB and all that! Super happy with how it's all worked out so far!
One issue we discovered was the new fans I got are slightly smaller in the blades than my old ones because they are RGB and they take some blade size out to fit fancy transparent shrouds around etc.
So we have worries about lower airflow at the moment, we're thinking of adding funnels or channels on the rads to direct the air up and out of the case as currently both rads suck air into the case and through the rads but they point at each other and also it pressurises the case causing more resistance.
So we're hoping that channelling the air up and out will allow for more flow and less resistance, I at least know for sure it's going to be a lot quieter than it used to be.
Next update should be showcasing some fabricated bits! :D
