To be able to control petrol or any other commodity prices you have to adopt a divide & conquer strategy. You have to create competition among the big monopolies and break up their unity like they do with us with all the isms (racism, sexism...)
Money is their god (Mammon) and they will turn on anyone, even their own who comes between them & their money. Money is their center (principles of "Think & grow rich."). If their wealth drop their emotions follow, they get angry, depressed & suicidal if it drops completely. Their hearts/love are directly connected to money it is their core. "Where your treasure is there is your heart."
Your power to choose is your most powerful weapon in life against your enemy.
It might seem trivial but its not. Once you realize how much power you have with your ability to choose where you invest your hard earned money, you can have whatever you want.
For example there are two wolfs a good wolf and a bad wolf. For the sensitive out there its only an analogy. The bad wolf will kill you and eat you if he gets the opportunity. Your freedom to choose which wolf to feed will determine if the good wolf lives or the bad one live and who will reproduce & multiply. Whatever you choose will determine your own survival and your offspring's. The more bad wolfs there are the dimmer your chance to survive. This analogy can also be used internally to the kind of person you want to be. Feed the good wolf in you and he will become dominant & vice versa.
How to drive petrol price down with your power of choice.
When people are of one mind, body and spirit they can make or break any company, government or any movement by their financial and even emotional support or the lack there off.

If the majority of people decide collectively (1 + 1 + 1 ... eventually makes billions) to stop supporting the biggest oil company or filling station outlet it will be forced to drop its price to attract customers or it will liquidate. For this company to drop their petrol price (especially if he is aware he has a target on his back) will be a very wise thing to do. When this company drops his price and people switch over and only support this company the rest will follow, creating a price war. From here on collectively just follow the leader in low price but don't make him king there must always be competition.

How to create a collective hive.
The one thing we lack is someone or something to get us in unity. If someone can't unify us maybe an open source crypto token voting system/app can.
E.g. You earn tokens (steem?) when your ideas is up voted and have a positive impact on the collective whole. A app where anyone can create a project like driving petrol price down, an idea to make something cheaper, faster or better for all. Users down vote or up vote the project. The top projects will attract more people to the cause and via social media will get momentum. The creator of the project can steer the project till the followers feel he is compromised, bribed or lost the plot and can be replaced by majority rule vote (Meritocracy).
We, in unity can create the future we want and it is glorious & free and not what the minority "elite" think we should have.
Collective minds are like one gigantic brain with enormous computational power.
