Cyber Security pioneer John McAfee was keynote speaker at the D10e Conference in San Francisco on July 20th, 2016 and made first contact with Dash that day:
During a break he took a closer look at the Dash N Drink soda machine. Dash community member "Oaxaca" (left) had the honor of explaining the advantages of the unique Dash feature "InstantSend" to Mr. McAfee:

Looks like Dash made a lasting impression:

It is my personal speculation that Dash and McAfee's newly founded company, which hired Roger Ver and Erik Voorhees, will cross paths in the not too distant future as their goals align. Additionally Dash Business developer Daniel Diaz and Dash creator Evan Duffield have a track record of announcing new deals they struck after every conference they attended in the past (Amsterdam, Miami, Satoshi Roundtable).
Either way: Both their futures look very bright independently already.
