This is a step-by-step process to create STEEM accounts and add delegation
Yes, you can do this without RC
Now that I have your attention, you can make money, but don’t expect to get rich. Sorry, buy hey, you can learn something here that is useful.
STEEM blockchain has this STEEM account creation option built-in and it doesn't need your RC to create accounts.
You can find people in your discord channel or other chat channels to buy an account. You can find people on ebay to buy accounts. Create adds on Craigslist or any number of classifieds. If you are a store whether a physical store or an on-line store that wants to take STEEM or SBD as forms of payment, then you should be selling STEEM accounts. If you have a website dedicated to teaching people how to use STEEM, you should be selling STEEM accounts.
You will need to get a new account name from your customer.
The new accounts must not already be in existance and must follow these rules:
- Must be no less than 3 characters and no more than 16 characters.
- The characters must be lower case letters or numbers but cannot start with a number.
- The username can have a single period, or dash as long as they are not the first character.
- If a period is used, the characters following the period must be at least 3 characters and start with a lower case letter.
Let's start with how to create an account without RC.
This does cost some STEEM. Currently it costs 3 STEEM which at the current STEEM price is about $0.75. Not too bad. Surely, you can sell an account for more than 75 cents. This account will not come with delegation. However, I will show you later how to add delegation.

The account you create will have virtually no functionality unless it can generate RC (Resource Credits).
In order for an account to generate RC, it needs to have SP or delegated SP. You can choose to sell the account with or without SP or delegation.
Theses are the options you can choose for the accounts you sell:
- Sell the account with no delegation or SP
- Add SP to the account
- Delegate to the account
- Buy delegation for the account
I'm not going to go over option #1 or option #2. I assume you know how to transfer STEEM and Power Up.

Start by placing the following into the address bar of your browser. You will need to change a few key elements of the address.

After the adjustments to the address, hit your enter key on your keyboard. You will be taken to SteemConnect to enter your username and active password to complete the transaction.

So how much money does it cost to create an account with Delegation?
Right now, Steem accounts cost about 3 STEEM and you can purchase a little over 14SP delegation for 90 days from Blocktrades for 1 STEEM. 14 STEEM is good for the average person to comment and vote a few times a day.
That is a grand total of 4 STEEM which is worth about $1. Now go out and sell them for more than $1.00
