Monomad - Keeper

In the last week or two, this fellow mostly spent time alone, because his dear is lying on eggs in the nest. By mid-next month, their family will expand at least for eight new members.
Its time, mostly conducted in the cruising canal, constantly watching and protecting the territory from intruders and all possible hazards.
As always, when he saw me, he headed towards me. At this very moment, I made this photo. I liked the background, as well as its reflection in the water, which is disturbed by swimming of this beauty.
