We have around 30 Orchids here at home ( conservative estimation :p )
During a certain morning period our kitchen table becomes the perfect place to shoot on, and get this cool pitch black background you see here without much effort or any other extra light.
These little buds are from one of our Phalaenopsis.
Not my favorite type at all.
Actually the buds are my favorite thing in this particular specie, not the flowers. Perhaps because these are the most commercialized and common ones around here.
Still great candidates for a couple of black and white macro shots!
