At the premier hotel Ibadan just to calm my nerves after a very hectic week. All work without play makes Jack a dull boy, so as not to be dull like Jack I never few hours to relax and enjoy myself and watch people swimming.
If you are a workaholic, listen to my advice and please listen good, all you are aiming or acquiring might not be useful to you if you continue working without rest. Some rest when they think they are free but it is dangerous to your health. Rest when your body needs it and even when it is appropriate.
Think deep, if you have the world, when the time comes to rest and you are no more, who enjoy all you have worked tirelessly for. I'm not saying you should not work or hustle but rest, take time out to rest, relax and enjoy yourself.
I need to rest not because I have the time but because I'm due for it. Make hay while sun shine.
