Currently taking borax internally 1 teaspoon per day in bottle water, 1100 mg Monolaurin twice daily, and 1 tablespoon grapefruit seed extract in bottle water at night, and bath in 1 cup borax daily. Borax, Monolaurin, and bulk grapefruit seed extract are relatively cheap and effective it seems.
