A young man has cancer of the eye and the reason we do before sleep

شاب اصيب بسرطان العين والسبب شيئ نقوم به قبل النوم
اصيب رجل اربعيني من هونغ كونغ بمرض خطير في العين بسبب تصفحه هاتفه الخلوي ليلا حيث بدا يلاحظ عدم قدرته على الرؤية بوضوح وضهور بقع حمراء تغطي كامل عينه , خظع الشاب للفحوص و اظهرت انه مصاب بنوع نادر من السرطان والسبب الدي ادى الى اصابته هو استخدامه لهاتفه في داخل غرفته المضلمة قبل نومه بثلاتين دقيقة يوميا
بعض الدراسات العلمية اشارت الى ان الضوء الدي يصدر من شاشات الاجهزة الخلوية يؤدي الى موت الخلايا المكونة لشبكة العين ويلحق الضرر بالنضر حيث ان علاج حلات سرطان العين مازال امرا معقدا بسبب عدم القدرة على استبدال الشبكية المريضة باخرى صحيحة, واوضح موقع امريكي ان الضوء الازرق الدي ينبعت بمتسويات عالية من شاشات الهواتف الدكية واجهزة الكمبيوتر وغيرها من الشاشات المصطحة يمكن ان يضر بالرؤية
قد يسبب هدا الضوء ضررا كبيرا للعيون فالتعرض المباشر للضوء الازرق يمكن ان يحدث تلفا في شبكية العين لدا ينصح اطباء العيون بتجنب التعرض الطويل للاشعة الزرقاء لللاجهزة الالكترونية وخصوصا في جو مضلم اثناء الليل ولمدة طويلة
وبالنسبة للاطفال لابد لللاباء ان يبادروا الى منع اطفالهم من هدا الخطر المحدق بهم خصوصا وان الاطفال مدمينين على الاجهزة الالكتونية المختلفة دون علمهم باخطارها على العين
