I often talk to people about time in general. Most of them say, they don't have enough of it.
Not enough time achieve, what they want to achieve. Not enough time to really do, what they want to do. But i know for sure, this is one of the dumbest excuses out there.
Let's start with getting up, like every morning. How many hours do you sleep every day? 8? After a great party maybe 10 or more?
What if I tell you, that 6 hours are enough?
There is no healthy human-being that needs 8 hours of sleep or even more.
But even if you WOULD need that much sleep or simply just want to have it...
There are still 16 hours left!
Can you even think about all the stuff you can do in that time? Or even 18 hours, if you sleep right.
What you actually do in that time is just a question of priorities. You can't get home from work, spend 2 hours watching fu**ing TV and tell me you don't have time.
Don't say you don't have time when you call out your favourite Netflix series in the same sentence. Don't say you need more time when you are wasting it, scrolling through social media all day!
You are literally lying to yourself.
There are many things all the great minds have in common. For example, they've gotten a similar mindset, similar priorities, they need oxygen to survive and ALL of them got the same 24 hours each day! So where's the big difference between them and you?
Nope, it's not the oxygen. But the PRIORITIES! Stop wasting your time on things that won't bring your further in life. Start making up some plans, and more importantly, TAKE ACTION!
Start setting limits and goals and CHANGE something!
Don't say, "I don't have time."
Say: "I CREATE TIME!"
If you work 8 hours of your 18, there are still 10 left. 10 hours to work on your dreams instead of working for someone elses dreams.
Even if you take 4 hours for family and time for yourself.. still 6 hours open. 6 goddamn hours.
Sitting on the couch and watching TV is way easiier, i know. But listening to other peoples problems, while shutting down your mind will never, ever let you achieve your goals!!
I've got 24 hours each day.
Bill Gates got 24 hours each day.
Ellen DeGeneres has got 24 hours each day.
TuPac Shakur had 24 hours each day.
Now look at what they've done and ask yourself..
When do you realize, that it's possible?
Because other people before you, have already done it.
