Sometimes we dwell so long in the past that we forget that there is a tomorrow awaiting us.
Our tomorrow is a beautiful one, our tomorrow is a lovely one, our tomorrow is a precious one, our tomorrow is a wonderful one that we should not take for granted in any way.
Our past is gone and those mistakes that we have made is gone with our past, those errors have gone with our past and no matter how hard we try to beat ourselves about it, it is gone and it is totally gone. The only thing we have left is lingering memories of what has occurred before.
Since you do not have the power to change what has happened in the past, why do you then want to kill yourself over it?
Is it that bad relationship, the bad influence, the things you have done in the past that you cannot even say you did?
My dear yes, it is so bad that you feel so ashamed of yourself right now but the thing is, you have done it and you cannot take back the hand of the clock definitely. The only thing you can do is to ........make tomorrow look like it never happened.
How Do I Make Tomorrow Look Like It Never Happened?
And if I can read through someone's mind right now, I guess what I will be seeing is a big question, how possible is that?
Yes, you can make it possible by trying to do things in a different way, you can re-write your story my friend by doing things differently, I know it might be very difficult for you to forget about what has happened in the past, but you can do well by not thinking about it all the time.
I am sure you know that you have a great power over your mind and you know that you can either allow a lingering thought to last for a long time or not, whenever a thought about your past comes to your mind, quickly take out the lessons you can learn from it and make it a point to make you stronger and look towards a promising and fulfilling future.
A Case Study.
I know of a woman who had a really rough life during her youthful age, she really did things that she was not proud of and even had an abortion. She changed after some time and decided to get settled, but then she was never able to forgive herself for what she had done in the past and she decided to remain unmarried as a point of punishment to herself.
She said she had vowed to remain single and never bear any child because of what she had done in the past and I wonder why someone will decide to punish herself for a thing that has happened in the past, and so she remained that way until her old age always beating herself and crying over the issue.
Friends, rather than living a life of regret, please get yourself together, pick up the lessons you have to learn from your past and look forward to a promising tomorrow.
Yes, I know it is not so easy, but start by changing the way you do things, since you now know that what you did in the past was wrong, then turn a new leaf and stop living that lifestyle, rather have a change of heart and begin to do things in a new way.
The Awaiting Future.
Begin to see possibilities, begin to see the new things that will come out of your life when you stop living a life of regret.
Focus on your tomorrow, there is a bright, promising and fulfilling life that awaits you tomorrow, if only you will stop thinking about your past all the time and take steps to help you become a better individual.
