#Daily Motivation :: Be yourself!! Follow your own star!

I found something new to write about when I met someone yesterday recounting some lost time.

Be yourself. Don't make an effort to copy other people. Be exclusively you, because there exists nobody else in this world who's the same as you and there will never be!
If you continue to copy others, trying all effort to be them, you will not only remain unsatisfied and unfulfilled, you will deny others of the gifts which only you possess--the very special "someone" only you can provide. That might be a tragedy.

Be yourself! Be yourself!!! blablabla... That's what everyone is saying, "How do I be myself, don't really know who I am yet?" I've heard this many times.
It's a very good question. The very first thing I'd usually say is to take a deep breathing and get started to relax, I mean calm down, calm those nerves 😁😁. Relax your body, relax your brain. Don't make an effort to figure everything out simultaneously. You can't, so just forget about it.

Next thing is to recognize that your mind must be placed in its proper place--as your associate, not your ruler (this might be a tough fight).

Take some time to think about everything you've concerned yourself about in your daily life and did your greatest doubts ever came to the realization? Just how much time did you spend fretting over a predicament to no avail? Did it not stop you from being exceptional every minute you were in?

Now, think again on all the fantastic things which may have occurred in your daily life up to now. Did you prepare it all out? Some maybe, but remember just how many weren't, those that arrived unexpectedly, the best kind of pleasures. I believe you really know what I'm going at here already.

So, it is time to tell the human brain to stop pondering too much in what you must do, where you must be going, and who you must be--before it gets out of control! Remember, you are not here to establish yourself to others. You are not even here to verify yourself to anyone. That's if they cared at all anyway.

So, I say calm your mind to become still, at least for some time, so that it can finally listen and identify your true spirit, the real ruler you will ever have.

It is at this time that you can release the dreams that are deep within you longing to get out. You project from within to outside, not the other way around. You will be clear of all the needless concern and anxiety you've place on yourself over time.

Once you give yourself an opportunity to relax and really listen closely, you bloom, your daily life will unfold without you needing to fret about any of it. You'll start to understand who you truly are. You'll start to feel safe within yourself.

You'll feel transformation all around you. Everything begins to grow naturally and beautifully.

When you do all this, you'll have gotten to that self-awareness you truly seek, that's the best thing you can do for yourself, and everyone around you will feel it's great impact.
