আজকে আমি কথা বলবো কিভাবে সবকিছু থেকে মুক্ত থাকা সম্ভব। বন্ধুর সম্পর্ক ভেঙ্গে গেলে আমরা বলি, আরে যে যাওয়ার সে গিয়েছে। একজন গিয়েছে আবার নতুন কেউ আসবে। কিন্তু এই কাজ টাই যখন নিজের সাথে হয় তখন হাসপাতালে ভর্তি হওয়ার মতো অবস্থা হয়। কিন্তু আসলে কেনো এমন হয়। বন্ধুর মোবাইল চুরি হলে, আরে চুরি হয়ে ভালো হয়েছে। নতুন মোবাইল হবে। কিন্তু যদি নিজের মোবাইল চুরি হয়, তাহলে ২-৩ দিন মন খারাপ থাকে। এরকম হওয়ার মূল কারন হচ্ছে, নিজের একার ভাবা। যেমন, আমার মোবাইল, আমার কুকুর। আর বন্ধুর সময়, আমার বন্ধুর মোবাইল, আমার বন্ধুর কুকুর। এখানে মাঝে বন্ধু রয়েছে যা আমাদের কে কিছুটা ভাবে মুক্ত রাখে। কিন্তু যখনি আমার নিজের ভাবতে শুরু করি তখনি এমন হয়। এই ভিডিওতে কিভাবে সবকিছু থেকে মুক্ত থাকা সম্ভব তা সুন্দরভাবে বুঝানো হয়েছে। এই ভিডিওটি দেখার অনুরোধ রইলো।
