HOW CAN PROCRASTINATION BE STOPPED?
We all procrastinate from time to time.Our procrastination can exact a steep toll on our career,relationships...etc.Here are some points on how to stop procrastination:
Write down your goal and give yourself a deadline: A goal without a deadline can result to procrastinating and put off indefinitely.
Resist fear: Fear is a powerful emotion.Fear keeps us mined in excuses,therefore shorn your fear.Write down how you will fell and what will happen if you procrastinate your given task.
Pick a perfect place for your work space: Find a place where you will be doing your work.Let it be a ‘no place for distraction’.It is vital to have a dedicated space for work that's different from the one where you relax.
Focus on one goal at a time: In case there are much task at hand,do one at a time.This will reduce too much stress and can enable you complete all,one after the other.
