Amazing initiative I must confess! By the way, many thanks to @lemouth for bringing this to my knowledge. Honestly I would have loved to be part of this but I am not verse in programming. And instinct tells me that will be integral part of this initiative. However, I fully endorse it and will not only resteem it but will share it with Steemit communities I am member of.
In what respect are the scholarships awarded? I mean, is the person gonna be admitted into MSc of the blockchain program and be made to pay €2940 short of normal tuition fee for the MSc program? Or will the person be paid cash or--- i mean in what respect? People will certainly wanna know. Thanks
