THE Book of Superlatives
How is it that the Bible is the book with the most superlatives any worldly author could ever dream of?
Let's see...
...Some amazing Bible facts :
- It's the undisputed bestseller of all times,
- Has been translated into most languages of any book,
- Holds the world record of being the most banned book ,
- It's the most challenged and misunderstood book,
- The most riveting thriller compilation,
- It had and has the most significant impact on humanity
- It contains the most accurate recorded ancient history,
- It has been penned over the longest period of time...
... to name a few.
There are more! The Bible really is a book of superlatives. Would you agree? The Bible is a compilation of 66 books, penned by 40 writers - and one Author. Her oldest book is JOB, her last one is Revelation.

Language - Please
As we will see in my God proof below - that is if you stick around long enough...
...studying the Bible and referencing her original language is important. Why is that? Because many translations are subjective interpretations, rarely accurate translations at all. Some popular publications freely interpret the original language, others leave out verses, even parts of chapters.
To make research life a little easier - there is an app for it, too... π
Great tools to research the Bible are Logos Bible software (paid) and free online Blueletterbible.org. I use both regularly...

Genesis 5 - the Mystery PhoneBook with π Delivery Service
What if I told you that the first coming of Christ is hidden in he pages of Genesis 5?
The New Testament is in the Old Testament Concealed. > The Old Testament is in the New Testament Revealed.
Dr. Chuck Missler
When we look at Genesis 5, we are prone to fall asleep reading the translated words and names. In it, painstakingly listed, is the genealogy from Adam to Noah, from creation of man -- all the way to the flood. π
Between you and I, it reads like a phone book. You see... ...I studied the Bible with the Kononia Institute - and took courses by Dr. Chuck Missler, a scientist, a former U.S. defense contractor and a Christian Scholar like no other.
The Scientist...
In one of his courses, Survey of the Old Testament - I used Genesis 5 for a term paper. I am as impressed about the secret knowledge it reveals today as I was back then!

Genesis 5 - Go, have a peek first - so all makes more sense. ...
Read Genesis 5
So, the question before me was this:
How does Genesis 5 show evidence of design from outside our time domain?
Consider the table below. It lists the names of the genealogy from Adam to Noah in Column 1. Next the 'translations' - which are simply transliterated names, discarding the meaning of the names. In Hebrew culture, names have great significance.
The names foretell the coming of Christ in Genesis.
Why is it that the translators did not translate but merely transliterate? Limited-Understanding?

Man (is) appointed mortal sorrow; (but) The Blessed God shall come down, teaching His (God's) death shall bring the despairing comfort (and) rest.

Here, we have the message of Salvation and Redemption hidden away in Genesis 5. This also proves that Redemption was not an ad-hoc decision made by God when sin manifested on earth.
God knew all along. Redemption always has been part of God's plan. Jesus agreed to His Sacrifice on the Cross before creation, yet His suffering was not a tragic accident of history: It was an achievement. The Genealogy in Genesis 5 teaches us that Christ can be on every page in the OT if we look hard enough to find Him.

The Odds
It is mathematically impossible to assume that over 10 generations, lasting hundreds of years each, the naming of ancient descendants was a conspiracy added to Genesis after Christ - or that Moses could have consciously known about our Redeemer - coding it into Genesis 5.
Any Mathematician would like to calculate the odds? They are astronomical.
