The Minnow Support Project has been growing not only in members - currently sitting at 4630 - but also numerous different initiatives. These past few weeks have seen enormous efforts by @sircork in getting @aggroed's idea for a radio station off the ground. It is now live and can be heard on Twitch at . Thanks to the purchase of a license to play commercial music, it runs 24 hours a day.
The station is called MSP Waves and has a website at http://mspwaves.com/home/listen/. The homepage contains the schedule for all upcoming shows from the likes of @sykochica, @aggroed, @sircork, @r0nd0n, @isaria and @swelker101, @followbtcnews, @globocop and @disarrangedjane, @bisade, @sammosk, @crimsonclad, @uniwhisp, @ma1neevent, and myself with @swelker101. Our first appearance, The Shane and Muxxy Show, was broadcast a few days ago and was lots of fun to do.
In our first episode we had a little fun getting to grips with our own show, we discussed various aspects of Steemit and MinnowSupport, and we interviewed @rhondak - the guiding force behind the Fiction-Workshop over on PALnet.
@sircork has put in a super human effort not only building the station and getting the technology working together, but also by training all the DJs. He has been joined recently by @ma1neevent and @r0nd0n - lending their skills in order to assist in the smooth running of the project.
With this in mind, @aggroed has this evening awarded new MSP Medals of Honor to @sircork, @ma1neevent and @r0nd0n, recognizing the incredible work they have put into the station. Congratulations to all three, very much deserved!
