Featuring the OPS Team

Today I would like to mention @kubbyelizabeth - because she just joined your MSP-Waves Radio team as Marketing lead.

Superwoman

It's not just the talent that drew our attention to kubby in the first place. Her unbridled motivation, her networking skills, fundraising ideas and initiatives are only topped by the seemingly endless amount of energy she has - an amazing women. We are truly blessed to have her on board.

DJ Intros

She immediately went to work in preparation for a MSP-Waves campaign to introduce our DJs in a series of personal introduction posts. This is also a great opportunity for our listeners to learn a little about the people behind the mic and their shows. As a bonus, all proceeds are going to the benefit of MSP-Waves.

Networking

We are not sure how many new listeners Kubby sends to MSP-Waves per week - but following Kubby's posts and her comments, she never fails to mention MSP and MSP-Waves in almost any context! She also sends potentially new DJ's our way for a chat and to apply for a show. Way to go, Kubby!

Logo Contest

The next big project is our MSP-Waves Logo Contest.. That's right. We are rebranding the station to reflect our capabilities that go beyond just radio - and to give us an even more professional look.

We already picked the judges for the competition and will announce the names in the first Logo contest post. We are very excited about that project and look forward to many first class entries.

And of course, some excellent prizes are at stake - a total of 1000 SP delegation for 6 months and that's just for starters! Details to follow in the official contest announcement post. 🎉

What else is Happening?

We talked about Superwoman @kubbyelizabeth.
But we also have Superman DJing on MSP-Waves. That's right. Breaking all previous records with his new show Steem Growth Forum on Saturday, we counted over 100 unique listeners during the 2.5 hour broadcast. Many big names on Steemit, among them:

The next Growth Forum will focus on Crypto: One not to miss if you are an investor or if you're playing with the idea to invest into Crypto.

Wipgirl Rocked

Yesterday's MIX with @wipgirl also broke some records. With 5 times the listeners than usual, she even extended her show for half an hour, and @r0nd0n and @globcop jumped on to bridge the time till @crimsonclad's Full Force Thursday Metal show.

During the pirate show, @JackJohannesHemp came on and gifted us this lovely sticker:

Developer Needed

The Ops team is doing a fabulous job in operations, technology and administration of the station. And in each of these departments, we have ideas on how to make the station even more attractive to our listeners and to attract donations. But we do need help with automation, bot, and web development work, and advice on planning the way forward. We need dedicated developers who would like to donate time and offer their amazing skills to prepare us for growth, which we already seeing.
