When I started CGC in September 2017, I was as close to a Bitcoin maximalist as you could find. The reason being, the aversion to risk in my “older age” – and lack of quality altcoins to invest in. To wit, the only altcoin I had previously owned, Litecoin, I sold when SegWit locked in and the BCash fork was scheduled – given my view that LTC had run out of material use cases. That said, I still believed that ultimately, a Digital Age was unfolding, where “trillions will enter crypto – perhaps, half in Bitcoin.”
Amidst, and following, the late 2017 bubble, thousands of altcoins have been launched – of which, 98% have in my view, neither a viable, defensible use case nor the potential to ever create one. And yet, the outlook for crypto has never been brighter - due to Bitcoin’s dramatic growth since, that all but assures my Digital Age expectation to become reality.
Bitcoin is not perfect, of course; but it’s by far, the most perfect store-of-value asset ever created, by man or Mother Nature – and in time, will become far better, due to organic growth from investment, adoption, and technological change. Barring a “sixth sigma” event of epic proportions, BTC will be the cornerstone of crypto for as long as it exists…AND, the base from which many quality, niche altcoins will grow.
Having watched the FREE BTC airdrop, Bitcoin Rhodium, grow from day one, I could not be more bullish about the prospect of XRC being one of the big success stories, as the aforementioned scenario unfolds. It is NOT a Bitcoin fork – but instead, a unique POW blockchain with loyal, devoted investors and HODLers, who will continue to receive in-kind dividends, of significant amounts, for holding. Which is exactly what they have done - given that each quarter, “Strong Hands” wallets have continued to grow.
Bitcoin Rhodium’s scarcity is becoming more evident each day (particularly at today’s depressed prices) – and will become far more so when it achieves its first halving three years hence. By then, XRC’s privacy features will have been long implemented – as well as the proprietary “Free Market One” website, for decentralized trading of fellow “Crypto Trinity” coins BTC and LTC, and physical Precious Metals. In my view, XRC is the premier store-of-value altcoin – that as the Bitcoin bull market progresses; and the global monetary system more rapidly erodes; will become widely respected and held.
Best of all, is that Bitcoin Rhodium’s principal long-term catalyst is viral expansion of the belief that BTC is a superior store-of-value to fiat currency, gold, and other legacy financial assets. This is what the “Crypto Trinity” concept was built upon – so, if, like most Bitcoin holders (particularly those who received XRC for FREE, and continue to do so via Strong Hands), you believe the calls for $100,000 BTC in a few years’ time, it is nearly inconceivable that a niche store-of-value altcoin like Bitcoin Rhodium won’t benefit, too.
To wit, if Bitcoin reaches $50,000 – very possible in 2020, given the upcoming halving – even an XRC price as low as .0005 would translate to $25, compared to roughly $7 today. This, during a miserable altcoin bear market, that has taken XRC’s price from highs of .002-.003 (several times this summer); and one spike top at .01; to .0008 today, equating to a market cap of just $6-$7 million.
This, in a coin that has been growing at a faster organic rate – in terms of operational accomplishments, and mainstreaming ventures – than nearly all others…that is just getting started, having just hired new developers, ambassadors, and brand strategists to build, and spread word of, its existing and upcoming discerning features.
So, if you believe Bitcoin will become a global, mainstream, multi-trillion dollar asset – as I do, fervently – the leverage from purchasing small positions in Bitcoin Rhodium, for tiny amounts is enormous.
