It is all about donation and helping freely.

By doing this, people will feel better or have something to survive. But, it will be no last long.
On other hand, it will make people get lazy. So, you should only do this when the situation is in urgent.

လူမႈအဖြဲ႕ အစည္းေတြ က မ်ားသျဖင့္ လူထုကို ကူညီဖို႔ အေထာက္အပံ့ ျဖစ္ဖို႔ ည္ေထာင္ထာၾကတာပါ။ အဲဒီ အဖြဲ႕ အစည္းေတြ အမ်ားဆံုး အသံုးျပဳတဲ့ နည္းလမ္းကေတာ့ ေပးကမ္းစြန္႔က်ဲ ကူညီျခင္း ပါပဲ။ ဥပမာ စစ္ေဘးဒုကၡသည္ေတြကို ကူညီတာတို႔ အိုးအိမ္ ေငြေၾကး စတာေတြကို ေထာက္ပံ့ တာတို႔ ေပါ့
ဒီနည္းလမ္းက ေခါင္းမရုပ္ဘူး တာဝန္ဝတၲရားလည္း နည္းပါတယ္။ လုပ္ရတာလြယ္တယ္
