I have been able to harvest numerous stalks from my 2 large rhubarb trees for weeks, from which I prefer to prepare a refreshing compote with a little cinnamon bark. So far I have mostly just eaten it sweetened with a little honey - now I have realized that it tastes best in combination with a kind of dessert, which I prepare from germinated hemp seeds, amaranth poppies and honey - ingredients that are very rich in vital substances. Optionally, it can be refined with a little cocoa, vanilla and flowers. As a result, the rhubarb compote tastes very good as a supplement, even unsweetened.
