- To prepare potato infusion, boil 200 g sliced, unpeeled potatoes in 1 liter distilled water for 30 min.
- Filter through dishcloth, saving effluent, which is potato infusion.
- Mix with Dextrose (15g), Agar (15g) and Potato infusion and boil to dissolve.
- Autoclave and boil 15 min at 121°C, or use pressure cooker with 1.10 bar and boil 60 min.
