"Manifesto for the democratization and portability of users' rights"
Users are starting to understand: their data and behaviors are being used and monetized without their knowledge. Of course standards such as the RGPD are emerging but are often complex and doomed to failure.
Consequence: the brain drain from territories and the internet.
With the help of AI, big entities propose free or open source systems and then sell products based on a subtle mix of data from contributors too often unaware of the scrapping of the web and to be in reality "used" and not users.
However, Institutions tends to remain fascinated and a user, whereas it has the means and the capacity to propose a solution to this problem thanks to the creation of integrated licenses, thus allowing the "portability" of these complex standards in the form of digital badges. In this way the holders of these badges would be entitled to "claim" their due for their contribution in the form of the use of their data.
The purpose of this manifesto is first to invite reflection and then to implement effective solutions to this situation through the @hivetour @iAmeAI and @ioverses forthcoming proposals and development programs in cooperation with partner organizations.

Les utilisateurs commencent à comprendre : leurs données et leurs comportements sont utilisés et monétisés à leur insu. Bien sûr des standards tels que le RGPD émergent mais sont souvent complexes et voués à l’abandon.
Conséquence: la fuite des cerveaux des territoires et d'internet.
A grands renforts d’IA les grosses entités proposent des systèmes gratuits ou open source et vendent ensuite des produits basés sur un mélange subtil des données des contributeurs trop souvent inconscients du scrapping du web et d’être en réalité des “utilisés” et non des utilisateurs.
Pourtant de son côté l'Europe à tendance à rester fascinée et utilisatrice alors qu'elle a les moyens et la capacité de proposer une solution à ce problème grâce à la création de licenses intégrées, permettant ainsi la "portabilité" de ces standards complexes sous forme de badges numériques. De cette manière les détenteurs de ces badges seraient en droit de "réclamer” leur dû pour leur contribution sous forme d'utilisation de leurs données.
Le but de ce manifeste est tout d’abord d'inviter à la réflexion et ensuite de mettre en place des solutions efficaces à cette situation à travers les propositions HIVE à venir et programmes de développement @hivetour @iAmeAI et @ioverses en coopération avec les organisations partenaires.
