
So I have been a bit MIA on the IG of late!! I took a break, went on a quick 7 day trip away, had an amazing time!! Ate way to much amazing food but kept an eye on quantities and timings! Along with keeping my body moving!
Would you think that this chick was 20kg heavier this time last year!??? (Yep it’s me!!) Through hard work! Set backs and pure perseverance and determination I dropped 20kg!! I then found an amazing system that is going to help me drop more weight and get to my goal weight!! Goal weight deadline April 30th!!! It’s gonna happen!! I am determined to make it happen!! Even through night shift I am up and moving!! Getting my butt to the gym and training! Focusing on 3:3:3 (3 days:3 week: 3 months) as with any plan or 16 week program it’s a stepping stone once you have the routine and foundations set you can kick start and get on track!!
