This is a very popular medicine used across the World, and has a lot of great uses. My favorite book on herbals lists using Tumeric for 20 different conditions. Since it is a spice, it is safe to consume for a fong term. I have been using this spice for a decade to control pain from back surgery, and I have found it quite effective; especially when combined with Boswellia and Black Pepper. The mixture I use contains: Tumeric 65%, boswellia 30%, and Black Pepper 5%; which I make into 00 sized capsules.
Tumeric is a stunningly effective and costs little compared to other treatnments. You should look at it for your home herbal aid kit!
