The green country for me, when you have children especially, is a lot about learning nature appreciate. In fact - children who do not love nature do not have wonderful natural experiences and do not care enough about nature to preserve it.
In winter it is hard time to get outside. You've got to build, holidays are time-consuming, and people have a general feeling that they want to stay in cool places. However, you have some fun and sophisticated thoughts in your schedule. They'll have to pay off in the long run with the devoted children who want to do all they can to stay out and hopefully keep the nature clean and healthy.
Snowy Fun :
. Make snow angels or an ice fort.
. Have a snowball fight.
. If it's really cool and ice, grab some organic, natural maple syrup and pour some of the snow in beautifully shapes, it'l harden into the candy.
. If you use slade. If you do not have a sled, why not get a winter slide?
. You can not only slide along an internal tube.

Active fun :
. Wait for the night, hold a cart for the bundle, very small and see all the holiday lights in the neighborhood.
. Plan a winter scavenger hunt - If you earn ice tons, make colored snowballs or ice-colored solids with food colors and bury them around the yard so that kids can find them.
