My friend Rye invited us to his cabin in south Tahoe after burning man. I was stoked to see some green nature, take in some fresh, non dusty air, and most importantly get into a body of water!
He took me on a wonderful hike of his 'backyard' while foraging for some mushrooms, not the magic kind, nor the poisonous kind.
We found our hidden pond nestled in the woods at the foot of the mountain. A nice place to sit back, take in some fresh air and enjoy the view!
