I'm going to introduce you all to the most notorious tree in the world 'Manchineel' also known as the guinness world record holder of the most deadliest tree in the world!
The Manchineel can grow up to 49ft or 15 metres and is located at the coasts of the Caribbean, the Bahamas, Florida, Mexico and all over South-America. This endangered tree may look just like all normal to you however all of it parts are extremely toxic, even the smallest contact with the skin can cause blisters and bad burns! The fruits are called "little apples of death" one bite can lead to tremendous pain such as internal bleeding vomiting and even death!But it doesn't stop there even the branches and the leaves are toxic, they contain a white substance that causes headache, temporary blindness and breathing problems. Warning signs are often placed beneath the tree to warn the local population but also foreign travelers.
although of its bad reputation The Manchineel also has it positive uses, for instance Carpenters in the Caribbean are using this tree for centuries to manufacture furniture. But they have to work carefully ofcourse! Also it is known that you can make medicine with the substance of the tree to treat people with swollen limbs caused by excess fluid
in your body's tissue.
