Today I visited the wide grasslands of the province of "Burgenland" in Austria for some photography there. I took several pictures of birds, landscapes and hares there. This one hare that came pretty close was very photogenic. There were some birds but still very few compared to some earlier trips I took there. I assume that it was still a bit early for some of the migratory birds to arrive.
I was looking for birds all over the place, I found some but their number were very few compared to my last visits to this place. I don't know if it was the only reason that it is still early in the year but also because of the cold cloudy weather maybe some birds didn't show up.
