Q&A with CPO Nathan Collins of Nebula Exchange. First six crypto related questions and then we move forward to 10 quick non-crypto related question to get to know him better as a person. After the interview I present you information about the Nebula Exchange.
Q: How and when did you get introduced to Blockchain and when did you invest in it for the first time?
A: I got into blockchain late 2016. Wanted to try my hand at investing and it went far better than I could have imagined (until my first liquidation.. ouch!)
Q: There are many smart and very knowledgeable people working in this space. Who is the person you look most up to among them all?
A: At the moment Soros is my hero, I'm convinced he made that absolutely insane green candle. But if it was... how bad will the red candle be later?
Q: Google, Facebook, Twitter and more are banning cryptocurrency ads. Do you see this as a positive or negative?
A: Negative, as a crypto project I'd like to reach as many social channels as possible. It was getting a little out of control though so I understand the decision.
Q: Countries are starting to regulate the cryptocurrency market. What are your thoughts about regulations?
A: It was inevitable we'd start seeing some heavy regulations. Can't move big money around without the suits wanting a piece of the pie.
Q: What does it feel like working with a potentially big cryptocurrency project?
A: Unreal. We originally had a rather basic exchange but our ideas got bigger by the day and now they are attracting worldwide attention. The deadlines/bugs can be really stressful and weekends only exist to catch up on work... but this is easily the biggest opportunity of my life and I am firmly pouring my heart into it. Our goals are genuine, make crypto safer and easier than ever!
Q: Blockchain is in a very early beginning and still new to many people. When do you think it will get mainstream and what needs to be done to achieve that?
A: Right now we have a TON of projects but very few of them have a completed product. Once they start proving their use case to society I'm sure the world will start jumping on board. Problem is mediocre projects getting over-hyped, good projects going unnoticed, and scam projects taking advantage of young investors. Our platform will make sure every project gets the review score they deserve.

A: In my opinion Arnold Schwarzenegger has lived the fullest life possible.
Q: If you could change one thing with the world, what would it be?
A: I feel the biggest decisions for a nation should be decided by a blockchain based voting system. Power is unfairly distributed in the world.
About Nebula Exchange
Nebula Exchange was founded in 2017 as a spin-off from the project Chaintrade. It aims to be the worlds first exchange to trade security tokens. They are currently doing a private sale and public sale to raise money to be able to buy the license to trade security tokens and to expand the team further.

Utility and Buy-back
Users can pay transaction fee with NESC token and get a 50 % discount in fee. Transaction fee’s collected in NESC tokens will be burned.
Every new project which lists on Nebula Exchange will have to pay the fee with NESC tokens. The fee from listings fell be burned by Nebula Exchange.
Nebula Exchange will do a buy-back of NESC tokens every quarter by using 25 % of their profits and burn the tokens. They will announce the buy-back beforehand.
The burning of NESC tokens will happen until only 50 % of the total token supply are left.
By doing burning of NESC tokens the value will bring a bigger demand for tokens that are left. A bigger demand might increase the token price for NESC and give the investors a good potential of a decent return on their investments. Other known cryptocurrency exchanges like Binance do buybacks quarterly by using 20 % of their profits. Nebula Exchange is using 5 % more, and they are in addition burning the collected trading fee and listing fee paid with Nebula Exchange Star Credits tokens, so the total token supply might decrease very fast.
Design
Nebula Exchange has separated themselves from many of the existing cryptocurrency exchanges with their innovative and exciting design. From before we have seen many of the exchanges copying each others design, while Nebula Exchange goes their own way creating a smooth design with the universe background combined with beautiful colors and a very user friendly design.
