A few months ago, I updated us on the EasyFi Network Q4 Roadmap and how the team has been working very hard to release new useful products and create more use cases for $EZ.
One of them is the launching of EasyFi Lending Protocol, Like I always say, EasyFi is the best layer 2 lending protocol on three chains, Bsc, Ethereum, and Polygon, now the Lending Protocol is finally here, a place where different money markets are available for supplies of money and lending for users.
This is a milestone completion as indicated by the team earlier this year in the Q4 Roadmap, The launch of the EasyFi protocol on Polygon Network, the team is looking at launching on Binance Smart Chain and other blockchain networks.
They are 6 collaterals available to users on the Polygon Network Protocol are;
- $Matic
- $USDC
- $USDT
- $DAI
- $WETH(Wrapped Ether)
- $WBTC(Wrapped Bitcoin)
The team is looking at adding other tokens but still, in the testing stage, these tokens will be added from time to time, to enhance the money market.
In the Financial World, Money Market is an organized financial where participants engage in lending and borrowing financial assets for the short-term, where one party makes their money available for the other party who wants to borrow for an agreed interest rate. The money market simply helps channel funds from users that are creditworthy to those with low credit.
EasyFi is the first lending protocol on Polygon Network that brought a money market to us. The launch of the lending protocol is a big thing for EasyFi Network. Look out for more updates from the EasyFi Team.
